What You Will Do
Client Communication
You will answer phone calls and emails promptly, professionally, and with care. You will help clients feel heard, gather the right information, and make sure their questions or service requests are directed properly.
Inbox Management
You will manage and organize the company inbox, monitor incoming messages, respond when appropriate, and help keep communication from falling through the cracks.
Scheduling
You will schedule appointments for estimators while balancing urgency, client needs, estimator availability, and travel time. Accurate scheduling is a major part of keeping the company organized and helping clients receive timely service.
Customer Information
You will collect and enter customer information into company systems with accuracy. Good information helps the rest of the team do their jobs well, so attention to detail is essential.
Team Coordination
You will work closely with the expeditor and office team to support a smooth client journey from first contact to job completion. This includes helping with communication, internal updates, and administrative support when needed.
Office Support
You will step in to support other office functions and administrative tasks as needed. This role requires someone who notices what needs to be done, uses downtime productively, and is willing to help the team succeed.
